On a bright Saturday morning in Gisagara District, staff and volunteers from NPO TER joined the local community for communal work with great enthusiasm. Together with local leaders, they united their efforts and worked side by side, digging the land with dedication and teamwork. The presence of the leaders inspired everyone, creating a strong sense of cooperation, respect, and shared responsibility. As hoes and spades moved in rhythm, laughter and conversation filled the air, showing the beauty of working together for a common goal. By the end of the day, not only had they completed the work, but they had also strengthened relationships between the organization, the leaders, and the community ,leaving behind a powerful example of unity and collective progress.
