NPO Think About Education in Rwanda (NPO TER) is a non-profit organization founded in Fukushima-Japan in 2000 by a Rwandese lady who was committed to improve child education and health in Rwanda after the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994. NPO TER is also registered to operate locally in Rwanda as an international non-governmental organization under the law no 05/2012 of 17/02/2012 and with registration number no 049/RGB/18..

The mission of NPO TER is to contribute toward peace in Rwanda by providing educational opportunities for Rwandan children who are physically and mentally scarred in the war and giving them various types of education support which enables them to enjoy their lives and live free from restrictions on race, politics, religion and thought.
* To achieve the good welfare of the population especially schooling children.
* To improve the quality of education in Rwanda.
* To innovate adapted solutions to newly identified needs toward good education and health.
