Mr Ishimwe is Currently a Programs officer at NPO Think About Education in Rwanda}}He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Humanities in the department of Development studies From St, Lawrence University in Uganda, he is a passionate young enthusiast with over 5 years’ experience in activities of community transformation on grassroots Level, He Currently coordinate all the programs including monitoring the ongoing projects to achieving the good welfare of the population especially schooling children, improving the quality of education and innovating adapted solutions to newly identified needs toward good education and health.
Mr. Flavien believes that education is the key to the development
